A Comparison between Global and Multiple Testing Procedures
Description: Compare global testing procedure inspired by clinicians, under the context of multiple and sequential testing. The objects of comparison include t-test with Bonferroni’s correction, Wald Z test from linear mixed effects model and newly developed bivariate Gaussian quantile cut-off test.
